Kraft Paper Roll 60 lb 20" x 600'

This 60 lb kraft paper roll measures 20 inches wide and provides 600 feet of continuous length. It serves as a durable wrapping material for shipping, mailing and general packing tasks. The roll format allows users to cut custom lengths for each parcel.

Replaces lighter wrapping grades

Heavier 60 lb stock resists tearing better than thinner papers when securing medium-weight cartons or odd-shaped items. The upgrade is worthwhile when packages face rough handling or need extra puncture resistance. Lighter grades remain adequate for low-stress void fill.

Handles 600-foot supply for high-volume use

A single roll supports extended packing sessions without frequent changeovers. It runs out when the 600-foot length is fully consumed, at which point a new roll is required. Storage space for the 20-inch width should be planned accordingly.

Questions about this item

What width dispenser or cutter fits the 20" roll?

The roll measures 20 inches wide, so a dispenser or cutter rated for at least 20" width is required.

How do I load the 60 lb Kraft roll onto a standard packing station?

Slide the 20" core onto the station's spindle, pull the paper through the tension bar, and align the edge before cutting; the common mistake is skipping the tension bar, which causes uneven feed.

When will I need to replace the 600' roll?

The roll contains 600 feet of 60 lb Kraft paper; replace it once the footage is exhausted, which varies by package volume and wrap length.
