Purpose-built Packaging Paper

Partners Brand Kraft Paper Sheet supplies a bulk roll of 2000 individual sheets for shipping rooms, warehouses and fulfilment centres that wrap, void-fill or interleave products daily. The pack arrives new and ready to dispense without additional slitting or counting.

Critical Specification: 50 lb Basis Weight

The 50 lb rating defines the sheet’s tear resistance and stiffness, making it the single figure that determines whether the paper survives heavy cartons, sharp edges or automated packing lines without rupturing.

Capacity and Practical Limits

Two thousand sheets at 12 by 18 inches cover high-volume stations for extended runs, handling routine boxing, layering and surface protection. The supply runs out when daily consumption exceeds several hundred sheets or when loads demand a heavier grade for puncture-critical shipments.

Questions about this item

How much paper does a 2000-sheet pack of 12 by 18 inch 50 lb kraft paper provide for a packing station?

The pack contains 2000 sheets, each 12 inches by 18 inches, so you have 2000 individual pieces to wrap, void-fill or interleave products before needing a new case.

What does the 50 lb basis weight tell me about the sheet thickness and tear resistance in daily use?

A 50 lb kraft rating means the paper is a mid-weight grade — sturdy enough to resist tearing when wrapped around cartons or used as void fill, yet still easy to fold by hand.

Will these 12 by 18 inch sheets fit on a standard countertop roll dispenser or do they need a flat shelf?

The sheets are supplied flat in a case of 2000, measuring 12 inches by 18 inches each, so they stack on a shelf or packing table rather than mounting on a roll dispenser.
