Partners Brand M1655 Corrugated Mailers

These mailers are rigid shipping containers made from corrugated board. They measure 16 by 5 by 5 inches and come in a white finish. Each bundle contains 50 units ready for packing. They suit businesses or individuals sending small-to-medium items through the post.

Replaces loose boxes and improvised padding

The one-piece design removes the need for separate boxes, tape and void fill. It is worth switching when you ship regular volumes of similarly sized goods and want a faster pack-out. Buyers who need variable depths or heavy-duty double-wall construction will not find that here.

Fits into a packing station with minimal storage

The flat bundle stores on a shelf until formed, freeing bench space compared to stacked cartons. No special tools are required — just fold and seal. The 1655 model works for products that sit within its fixed internal footprint.

Questions about this item

Will the 16 x 5 x 5 inch dimensions fit my standard shelf spacing?

Each mailer measures 16 inches long by 5 inches wide by 5 inches deep, so compare those figures to your shelf clearance before ordering.

Do these ship flat and require folding, or are they ready to use?

They arrive flat in a 50-count bundle; you fold along the scored lines and tuck the flaps — the step often missed is creasing the side panels firmly before closing the ends.

When should I replace a mailer instead of reusing it?

Replace any unit that shows crushed corners, torn flutes or moisture damage, because the corrugated structure loses its protective strength after significant deformation.
