Partners Brand M985 Mailers for Shipping

The Partners Brand M985 mailers are corrugated containers designed for packing and posting items. They arrive in a bundle of 50 units, ready for immediate use in a mailroom or fulfilment area. Their white finish gives a clean appearance for professional shipments. Small businesses and home sellers will find them suited to everyday dispatch needs.

Corrugated Construction Handles Normal Handling

The corrugated material provides structural rigidity that resists crushing during typical transit. It absorbs minor impacts without adding significant weight to the parcel. The flat surfaces accept tape and labels cleanly, reducing packing time. No special tools are required to assemble or seal each mailer.

Bundle of 50 Simplifies Stock Management

The 50-count bundle lets operators replenish packing stations in a single step. It reduces the frequency of re-ordering and keeps shipping supplies organised on a shelf. Each unit is uniform in size, so packing workflows remain consistent across orders. The pack quantity supports both low-volume and seasonal peak demands.

Questions about this item

How do you assemble the M985 corrugated mailer and which step is most often missed?

Fold the side panels inward, then tuck the bottom flaps in sequence — the lock-tab that secures the base is the step most frequently skipped, causing the mailer to pop open during handling.

What part of the M985 mailer typically needs replacement after repeated use?

The corrugated fibreboard weakens at the score lines after several fold cycles, so the entire mailer is replaced rather than any single component.

What limit appears first when the M985 mailer is used continuously for heavy shipments?

The single-wall construction reaches its compression limit under sustained stacking weight, leading to panel deflection before the adhesive or flaps fail.
