Partners Brand Mailing Tubes

These Partners Brand mailing tubes are supplied as a pack of 50 kraft tubes with caps. They suit offices and small businesses that ship rolled documents, posters or artwork. Each tube measures 1-1/2 inches by 9 inches. The neutral kraft finish keeps contents discreet in transit.

Caps Included for Secure Closure

Every tube comes with fitted caps that lock in place without extra tape or rubber bands. The caps protect the ends from crushing and keep moisture out during handling. This bundled hardware eliminates the need to source separate closures. Packers save time on each shipment.

Simple Assembly and Common Pitfalls

Slide the document inside, press both caps on firmly and the tube is ready for labelling. The most frequent issue is overstuffing, which can bow the tube and prevent the caps from sealing. Check that the contents lie flat before closing. Store the pack flat to avoid warping.

Questions about this item

How many tubes come in the pack and will I need to reorder caps separately?

The pack contains 50 mailing tubes and each tube already includes its caps, so no separate cap order is required.

What is the maximum length of documents that will fit inside the 1-1/2" x 9" tubes?

The tubes measure nine inches long, so rolled documents must be shorter than that to fit with the caps closed.

Do the kraft tubes stay rigid or become warm when stacked for all-day shipping?

Kraft cardboard tubes remain rigid at room temperature and do not generate heat during continuous handling.
