Kraft Mailing Tubes for Documents

These kraft mailing tubes ship flat artwork, blueprints and posters in a rigid cylinder. The 1 1/2 inch diameter holds rolled sheets without folding creases. Each tube includes fitted plastic caps that stay secure during transit. A pack of fifty suits offices that mail large-format pages regularly.

Capacity and Everyday Use

Fifty tubes per pack give a small department several months of stock for routine mail-outs. The 20 inch length accommodates standard architectural and engineering sheet sizes. Caps press on by hand so packing is quick at a busy dispatch desk. Very thick bundles or multiple large posters may exceed the tube's volume.

1 1/2 Inch Diameter Constraint

The fixed 1 1/2 inch bore sets the maximum roll thickness you can ship. Items that need a wider tube or a longer length will not fit this model. Buyers who need adjustable telescopic tubes or waterproof liners should look at a different product line.

Questions about this item

Will the 1 1/2 inch diameter tubes fit alongside the 1520 size boxes I already stock?

The tubes measure 1 1/2 inches wide by 20 inches long so they sit on the same shelf depth as standard 1520 cartons.

How can I confirm the caps stay secure after I pack the tubes?

Press each cap until it clicks; a tight friction fit on the 1 1/2 inch opening shows the seal is holding.

Does the PK50 pack include 50 tubes and 50 caps or do I order caps separately?

The pack contains 50 kraft tubes with matching caps already supplied; no extra caps are needed.
