Partners Brand P2006BL Mailing Tubes Black PK50

These black mailing tubes come in a pack of 50 and include end caps for secure closure. They are designed for shipping documents, posters, or artwork that must stay flat and protected. The rigid construction helps prevent bending or crushing during transit. Suitable for offices, artists, and e-commerce sellers who ship rolled items regularly.

Thermals noise and power draw

As passive packaging supplies, these tubes generate no heat, produce no noise, and draw no electrical power. Their performance depends entirely on the carrier handling and the protection offered by the rigid wall and fitted caps. No active cooling or power management is involved.

Pack of 50 tubes with caps

The package quantity of 50 units determines the supply level for high-volume shipping operations. Each tube includes the necessary end caps so no separate purchase is required. Buyers who need fewer than 50 tubes or a different diameter will find this pack unsuitable. The black colour provides a uniform, professional appearance for outbound shipments.

Questions about this item

How do I fit the black caps onto the 2" x 6" mailing tubes so they stay sealed?

Slide each cap straight onto the tube end until it seats fully; the friction fit holds without adhesive, but forcing it crooked is the step that causes loose caps.

What part of this 50-pack will need replacing first if I reuse the tubes for heavy rolls?

The plastic caps wear out before the tube walls; they crack at the rim after repeated removal, so keep spares for the 50-count set.

At what load do the 2" x 6" black tubes start to oval under sustained stacking?

The thin cardboard wall buckles into an oval once stacked weight exceeds roughly 3 kg per tube, well before the caps fail.
