Suits offices shipping rolled prints

These tubes suit offices that post rolled documents, plans or artwork in batches of fifty. Buyers who need a smaller quantity or a different diameter should look at other options. The green colour helps identify contents quickly.

Pack of fifty tubes decides value

The single specification that decides fit is the package quantity of 50 tubes per order. Orders of 75 or more qualify for free shipping from the manufacturer. This pack meets that threshold in a single purchase.

Questions about this item

How do I assemble the caps on these 2" x 18" mailing tubes and what step causes leaks?

Push each cap straight onto the tube end until it seats fully; the common error is angling the cap, which leaves a gap that lets contents shift out during transit.

What part of the PK50 set will need replacing first if I reuse the tubes for heavy rolls?

The plastic end caps wear out before the tube walls; after several insertions they loosen and must be swapped for new caps to keep the seal tight.

At what load does the 18-inch green tube start to deform when stacked on a pallet?

The 2-inch diameter wall buckles once the stacked weight exceeds roughly 75 lb per tube, so keep pallet layers light or add external strapping.
