Mailing Tubes with Caps

Partners Brand P2526K mailing tubes are cylindrical kraft containers designed for shipping rolled documents, posters or blueprints. Each tube comes with fitted end caps to keep contents secure during transit. The pack contains 34 tubes suited for office mailrooms, print shops or artists sending flat artwork.

Kraft Construction and Protection

The kraft paperboard walls provide rigid resistance against bending and crushing in normal handling. End caps press tightly over each opening to block dust and moisture from reaching the rolled material. At 26 inches long the tube accommodates standard architectural and poster sizes without folding.

Sustained Stacking and Handling

Under sustained stacking loads the cylindrical shape distributes pressure evenly along the tube walls. Caps remain seated through repeated conveyor passes and pallet transfers. The 34-count pack supports high-volume shipping cycles without individual tube failure.

Questions about this item

How do I cap the 2-1/2" x 26" Kraft tubes so they stay sealed during transit?

Press each plastic cap firmly onto both ends of the tube until it seats flush; the tight friction fit holds without tape, but skipping the second cap is the common mistake that lets contents slide out.

When should I replace the tubes or caps in a PK34 pack?

Replace any tube that shows crushing, moisture stains or split seams, and swap caps that no longer grip the rim — both are single-use once the seal is broken.

What limits how many documents I can roll into one 26" tube before it buckles?

The 2-1/2" diameter sets the practical limit; overstuffing creases the Kraft wall and prevents the caps from seating, so keep the roll loose enough to slide in and out freely.
