Flat poly bags for long items

Partners Brand PB1234 bags measure 14 by 40 inches and are made from 4 mil clear polyethylene. The pack contains 250 bags suited for high-volume shipping rooms, mail-order fulfilment or warehouse packing stations that need a consistent supply of lightweight protective sleeves.

Clear material and quantity speed packing

Transparent film lets staff verify contents without opening the bag, reducing handling time at dispatch. A 250-count carton means fewer re-order interruptions during peak despatch periods, and the flat design stores compactly on shelves or roll stands.

Simple open-top loading

Bags are loaded by sliding the product in from the 14-inch end; no heat-seal equipment or adhesive tape is required for basic closure. Users should confirm that the 40-inch length accommodates their longest items, as the fixed size cannot be trimmed without losing the open end.

Questions about this item

Will the 4 mil polyethylene material need replacement if used for long-term storage?

The 4 mil thickness resists punctures and tears during normal handling, so bags only need replacing if they are physically damaged or if the clear material yellows after extended UV exposure.

What limit appears first when the 14 by 40 inch bags are filled continuously on a packing line?

The 40 inch length fills before the 14 inch width becomes a constraint, making length the practical limit for bulky items.

Do the clear poly bags generate static heat or noise when sealed all day with an impulse sealer?

The bags themselves produce no noise or heat; only the sealing equipment creates warmth and sound during continuous operation.
