Questions about this item

How do I load these 20 x 24 inch bags without splitting the 4 mil bottom seal?

Place items flat, avoid sharp corners pressing directly on the film, and slide the bag onto a packing table before filling so the seal carries the weight evenly.

When should I replace a bag that has been reused for shipping?

Discard any bag that shows clouding, pinholes, or seal separation after a shipment; the 4 mil material is rated for single-trip protection.

At what load does the 4 mil film stretch enough to risk tearing during pallet transit?

The 4 mil gauge is designed for light to medium contents; loads that cause visible necking of the film at the corners indicate the practical limit has been reached.
