Partners Brand PB1576 Gusseted Poly Bags

These clear gusseted poly bags measure 23 by 18 by 34 inches with a 2 mil thickness. They are supplied in a pack of 200 for high-volume packing operations. The gusseted design expands to accommodate bulky or irregular items. Warehouses and mailrooms use them for lightweight to medium-weight shipments.

Suited for shippers needing large expandable bags

The 23 by 18 by 34 inch dimensions suit bulky clothing, bedding or boxed goods that need room to settle. The 2 mil film is not rated for heavy or sharp-edged loads that could puncture thin plastic. Buyers who need tamper-evident seals or static shielding should look at specialised alternatives. Operations requiring smaller pack quantities will find this 200-count case excessive.

200-count case with 2 mil capacity

Each bag comfortably holds lightweight apparel, linens or padded envelopes within its expanded volume. The 2 mil gauge runs out quickly under concentrated weight or sharp corners that stress the seams. High-throughput lines should verify film strength against their heaviest typical parcel. The clear construction allows quick visual identification without opening the bag.
