Shipping & Mailroom Poly Bags

Partners Brand PB1597 poly bags are clear polyethylene sleeves sized at 10 by 8 by 30 inches with a 2 mil wall. Each carton contains 500 pieces ready for packing and mailing tasks.

Suits high-volume shippers; not for retail display

Warehouse teams and fulfilment centres that need bulk, lightweight protection for long, narrow items will find the quantity and dimensions practical. Operations that require printed branding, resealable closures or heavier gauge film should look at alternative packaging supplies.

500-count bulk pack decides fit

The 500-bag package quantity determines whether the supply matches your throughput; smaller packs may suit occasional use while larger runs benefit from the single-box convenience.

Questions about this item

Do I need a heat sealer or tape to close the 10 x 8 x 30 in bags?

The bags are open-ended; you will need a heat sealer, twist ties, tape or another closure method to seal them after packing.

Will the 2 mil thickness hold up when I pack them inside my existing corrugated cartons?

At 2 mil the bags are light-duty; they protect against dust and moisture but can tear on sharp edges, so line cartons with packing paper for heavy items.

How can I confirm the pack contains the full 500 bags after opening?

Count the bundles — manufacturers typically pack 500 poly bags in ten bundles of 50, so verifying ten full bundles confirms the quantity.
