Partners Brand PB1617 Gusseted Poly Bags

These clear gusseted poly bags measure 16 by 10 by 32 inches with a 2 mil thickness. They suit operations that need lightweight, transparent packaging for bulky or irregular items. Each pack contains 250 bags for high-volume shipping or storage tasks.

Practical limits of 2 mil polyethylene

The 2 mil wall resists punctures and tears for typical soft goods but will not protect heavy, sharp or abrasive contents without extra cushioning. Heat sealing or taping is required for closure because the bags ship open. They are not rated for freezer temperatures or prolonged UV exposure.

Build quality and daily handling

The gusseted sides expand to 10 inches wide so the bag sits flat when filled, easing packing and pallet stacking. Clear film lets staff verify contents without opening the package. Dispensing 250 units from the carton keeps workstations supplied through extended fulfilment runs.

Questions about this item

What size bag should I pick for items that need a 16-inch width and 10-inch depth?

The PB1617 measures 16 inches wide by 10 inches deep by 32 inches long, so choose this size when your contents fit those dimensions.

How much space does the 32-inch length give me once the bag is packed?

The 32-inch length runs the full height of the bag, providing a long sleeve that accommodates tall or bulky items while the gusseted sides expand to 10 inches deep.

Does the 2 mil thickness affect what can be shipped safely?
