Partners Brand PB1672 Gusseted Poly Bags 10 x 24 3 mil Clear 250 PK

Partners Brand 10 x 24 Gusseted Poly Bags

These clear gusseted poly bags measure 10 inches by 24 inches with a 3 mil thickness. They arrive in a pack of 250 for high-volume shipping and mailing tasks. The gusseted design expands to hold bulkier items while the transparent material keeps contents visible. Suitable for warehouses, mailrooms and e-commerce operations.

Upgrade from flat poly bags or smaller mailers

Switching to these gusseted bags makes sense when flat envelopes cannot accommodate wider products or when you need more depth than standard mailers provide. The 12-inch gusset adds the extra volume required for clothing, catalogues or boxed goods. The jump is worth it if your current packaging forces you to split orders into multiple parcels.

Check your heat sealer width and storage space

Verify that your impulse or constant-heat sealer can close a 24-inch opening before ordering. Ensure shelf or bin space can hold cartons of 250 bags without crushing the gussets. Confirm that 3 mil thickness meets your carrier’s minimum requirement for the weight class you ship.
