Dimensions and Capacity

These gusseted poly bags measure 36 inches by 60 inches with a 32-inch depth, providing substantial volume for bulky items. Each bag uses a 3-mil clear polyethylene construction that allows quick visual identification of contents. The pack contains 50 bags suited to high-volume shipping or storage operations.

Warehouse Teams vs Light-Duty Users

Shipping departments and fulfilment centres benefit from the large gusseted opening and 50-count pack that supports continuous packing lines. Operations that only need a few bags for occasional parcels will find the quantity excessive and the 36-by-60-inch footprint difficult to store in limited space.

3-Mil Thickness Determines Load Suitability

The 3-mil wall thickness sets the practical weight and puncture resistance for every bag in the pack. Heavier or sharp-edged loads that exceed this rating risk tears, while lighter bulk goods such as linens or foam shapes remain well protected. Match the thickness to the sharpest and heaviest item you plan to pack.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise do the PB1695 bags generate during all-day use?

These poly bags are passive packaging material and produce no heat or noise while in use.

What equipment must I already own to use these 36 x 60 inch bags?

You only need a heat sealer, twist ties or tape to close the open end after filling.

Will the 3 mil thickness work with older 2 mil bag sealers I still have?

Most impulse or constant-heat sealers that handle 2 mil film will also seal 3 mil material.
