Partners Brand PB1698 Gusseted Poly Bags

These gusseted poly bags measure 12 by 12 by 18 inches and come in a pack of 250. They are designed for businesses that need reliable packaging for shipping or storage. The clear material allows quick visual identification of contents without opening the bag. This product suits mailrooms and warehouses handling light to medium items.

3 mil thickness for daily handling

Each bag uses a 3 mil film that resists tears during normal packing and transit. The gusseted sides expand to accommodate bulkier objects while lying flat when empty. No special equipment is required to seal them. They perform quietly on packing tables and add minimal weight to shipments.

Sustained use across a 250 count pack

The 250 count pack supports ongoing operations without frequent reordering. Bags maintain their integrity when filled repeatedly over long shifts. The consistent 12 by 12 by 18 inch dimensions keep packing stations organised. They remain stable when stacked on pallets or shelves for extended periods.

Questions about this item

How do I open the gusseted sides of the PB1698 bags and what step do people often miss?

Separate the folded gussets fully before loading so the 12 by 18 inch depth opens completely; users often leave the sides creased, reducing usable volume.

When will the 3 mil clear poly material need replacement during regular shipping use?

Replace individual bags once the 3 mil film shows punctures, tears or stretched seams that compromise the 12 by 12 by 18 inch containment.

What is the first limit reached when packing heavy items into these 250-count gusseted bags?

The 3 mil thickness reaches its tear-resistance limit before the 12 by 18 inch gusseted volume fills, especially with sharp or dense loads.
