Industrial Gusseted Poly Bags

Partners Brand PB1880 gusseted poly bags measure 36 by 32 by 48 inches and come in a 50 pack. The clear 4 mil polyethylene construction suits high-volume shipping and storage operations. Warehouses and fulfilment centres use them to line gaylord boxes or bundle oversized components.

Critical Dimension: 36 x 32 x 48 Inches

The single specification that decides fit is the bag footprint of 36 by 32 inches with a 48 inch depth. Only containers matching or smaller than that envelope will seal properly. A different footprint or depth requires another bag size.

Suits Bulk Shippers, Not Retail Packers

Buyers protecting pallets, gaylords or large irregular loads will find the volume and strength appropriate. Operations needing smaller mailers, retail-ready poly bags or vented produce bags should look at other product lines.

Questions about this item

How big is the 36 x 32 x 48 in bag once it is expanded in a real packing station?

The gusseted sides open to a full 32 in width and 48 in depth while the bag mouth stays 36 in across, giving a single liner that fits large gaylord boxes or pallet covers.

What does the 4 mil thickness cap in practice for puncture resistance?

At 4 mil the film resists tears from sharp corners and moderate loads, but it is not rated for heavy industrial waste or sharp metal scrap.

What does the 50 pack need to fit on a shelf or dispenser?

Fifty flat-folded bags measure roughly 36 in long, so a shelf at least 36 in wide and deep enough for the stacked bundle is required.
