Flat Poly Bags 6 x 16 In

These clear flat poly bags measure six by sixteen inches and come in a pack of one thousand. They are intended for general shipping and mailing tasks where lightweight protection is sufficient. The one mil thickness provides a thin barrier against dust and moisture during transit. Small businesses and mailrooms handling high volumes of flat items will find the bulk quantity practical.

One Mil Thickness

The single most important specification is the one mil gauge, which determines how much puncture resistance and clarity the bag offers. At this thickness the material is suited for documents, clothing or light parts but not for heavy or sharp-edged objects. Buyers who need a tougher barrier for heavier contents should look elsewhere.

Sustained Use In Mailroom

Under continuous daily packing the bags dispense cleanly and seal quickly with tape or heat equipment. The clear film allows easy visual identification of contents without opening each package. California Proposition 65 warnings apply because the material contains a listed chemical.
