Flat poly bags for high-volume shipping

These clear polyethylene bags measure 12 by 36 inches with a 1 mil thickness and arrive in a 1000-count pack. They suit warehouses and fulfilment centres that need lightweight, see-through packaging for long, narrow items.

Replaces smaller or thinner mailers when length is

The 36-inch length accommodates rolled posters, fabric bolts or elongated hardware that would not fit in standard letter-size bags. Switching makes sense when current bags tear at the seal or force you to fold products to fit.

Consistent clarity and seal integrity across full

The uniform 1 mil gauge resists splitting during automated heat-sealing cycles and stays transparent for barcode scanning. California Proposition 65 notices apply, so handlers should follow local safety-data-sheet guidance for prolonged contact.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the PB2373 flat poly bags?

Each bag measures 12 inches by 36 inches with a 1 mil thickness, supplied in a pack of 1000 clear bags.

How should these flat poly bags be sealed after packing?

The open top requires heat sealing, tape, or a twist tie; the common mistake is leaving the seal loose, which lets contents shift or spill during transit.

When will the PB2373 bags need to be replaced in storage?

Replace them if the clear film yellows, becomes brittle, or shows tears, as the 1 mil material degrades over time with UV exposure and handling.
