Partners Brand PB277 Poly Bag Flat 22 x 40 In 1.5 mm PK500 Clear

Flat Poly Bags 22 x 40 Inch

These flat poly bags measure 22 by 40 inches with a 1.5 mm thickness and come in a pack of 500. They are clear for easy content identification and suited for shipping rooms, mailrooms and fulfilment operations that need large, lightweight protective sleeves.

Build and Daily Handling

The 1.5 mm film resists punctures during packing while staying flexible enough for quick hand sealing or heat sealing. Flat construction means the bags lie flat on shelves and feed smoothly from dispensers, reducing clutter at busy packing stations.

Upgrade From Thinner Sleeves

Moving up from lighter gauge bags adds tear resistance for heavier or sharp-edged items without a large cost increase. The jump is worth it when current sleeves split under load or when California Proposition 65 compliance must be documented for regulated shipments.
