Partners Brand PB3515 Reclosable Poly Bag 1x1 In 2 Mil PK1000

Small-Component Protection

These reclosable poly bags measure one inch by one inch and are designed for tiny hardware such as screws, jumpers or electronic components. The transparent material lets staff identify contents without opening the pack. A pack quantity of 1000 supports high-volume kitting and assembly lines. The two-mil thickness provides a light barrier against dust and moisture.

Capacity and Headroom

Each bag holds only the smallest items, so it handles individual fasteners or pins comfortably but runs out of space for anything larger than a few centimetres. The 1000-count pack gives ample stock for repeated picking sessions before a reorder is needed. Thicker or bulkier parts will require a wider bag from another range.

Upgrade Path

The reclosable seal replaces open-ended sleeves or twist-tie bags that must be discarded after each use. Switching is worthwhile when a process demands frequent access to the same small parts and waste reduction matters. Operations that never reopen packages will not benefit from the added closure mechanism.
