Product Identity

Partners Brand PB3520 is a pack of 1000 transparent reclosable poly bags measuring 2 by 2 inches with a 2 mil thickness. They serve offices, warehouses and home-based shippers who need small, clear pouches for organising hardware, jewellery, craft supplies or mailing components.

Upgrade Context

The reclosable zip seal replaces single-use heat-sealed bags or twist-tied poly sleeves when repeated access is required. The jump is worth it for workflows that open and reseal the same pouch many times a day, such as kitting stations or inventory audit cycles.

Setup Check

Confirm the 2 by 2 inch interior dimensions fit the largest item you plan to store, and verify that 2 mil thickness provides adequate puncture resistance for the contents. Ensure your packing station has space for a 1000-count dispenser box before ordering.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of each bag so I know if my small parts will fit?

Each bag measures 2 inches by 2 inches with a 2 mil thickness, giving a small square opening for tiny components.

How do I seal these bags correctly and what common mistake should I avoid?

Press the interlocking tracks together firmly from one end to the other; the mistake is leaving a small gap that lets dust or moisture enter.

When will I need to replace the bags and how many come in the pack?

The pack contains 1000 bags; replace a bag when the zipper track no longer closes tightly or the film tears.
