Purpose and Quantity

Partners Brand PB3730 reclosable poly bags arrive in a pack of 1000 units for high-volume shipping and mailing operations. The transparent 4 mil construction suits warehouses, fulfilment centres and small businesses that need a reliable seal for lightweight items.

Material and Protection

Each bag uses 4 mil thick polyethylene that resists tears and punctures during normal handling. The reclosable closure keeps contents secure without extra tape, while the clear film allows instant visual identification of packed goods.

Sustained Use Behaviour

Under continuous packing cycles the zip-track maintains its grip through repeated opening and closing. The 1000-count pack supports extended workflows without frequent reordering, and the consistent dimensions keep automated or manual packing lines running smoothly.

Questions about this item

How do I seal the 6 x 6 inch reclosable bag correctly, and what step do people often miss?

Press the zipper tracks together firmly from one end to the other, making sure no debris is caught in the seal; the most common mistake is leaving a small gap near the corner.

Will the zipper on these 4 mil poly bags wear out and need replacement?

The zipper is designed for repeated opening and closing; if the tracks become misaligned or contaminated, the bag should be replaced rather than repaired.

At what point does the 4 mil thickness reach its limit under sustained heavy loads?

The 4 mil material resists punctures and tears for typical shipping weights; sustained loads that exceed the bag's capacity will cause seam failure before the film itself gives way.
