Clear poly bags for small parts

These reclosable poly bags measure 1 1/2 inches wide with a 2.4 mil thickness and come in a pack of 1000. They suit operations that need to seal and reopen small components repeatedly. The clear material lets staff identify contents without opening each bag. Orders of 75 or more ship free from the manufacturer.

Behaviour under repeated sealing

The 2.4 mil film resists tearing during daily open-close cycles in a packing station. Reclosable tracks stay aligned after multiple uses so the seal remains reliable. Clear walls survive scuffing on conveyor belts and in tote bins. The pack of 1000 supports high-volume workflows without frequent reordering.

Pack quantity decides fit

A single box delivers exactly 1000 bags, so buyers calculate cost per unit against annual usage. If consumption is lower the box occupies shelf space longer than desired. If consumption is higher the buyer must place repeat orders more often. No smaller or larger pack sizes are offered for this model.

Questions about this item

Will the 2.4 mm thickness hold up if I pack the bags tightly for all-day shipping?

The 2.4 mm poly material resists punctures and tears during continuous packing, keeping contents secure through repeated handling.

Do I need a heat sealer or any extra equipment to close these bags?

No, each bag has a built-in reclosable seal that closes by hand without additional tools.

Can I use these 1 1/2" bags with the 2" labels and tape rolls I already stock?

Yes, the 1 1/2" width fits under standard 2" labels and tape, so existing supplies work without change.
