Flat Poly Bags for Long Items

These clear flat poly bags measure 4 inches by 36 inches and come in a pack of 1000. They are suited for businesses that ship or store elongated products such as posters, rods or rolled textiles. The 2 mil thickness provides a lightweight barrier against dust and moisture during transit.

Practical Limits of the 2 Mil Material

At 2 mil the film is thin enough to keep shipping weight low but offers limited puncture resistance. Sharp edges or heavy contents can tear the bag, so items should be smooth or wrapped before insertion. The open top requires separate sealing with tape, heat or twist ties for secure closure.

Check Your Setup Before Ordering

Verify that a 4 inch width accommodates the widest point of your product without forcing it. Confirm that 36 inches of length leaves enough excess for your chosen sealing method. Ensure your work area can handle 1000 bags and that Proposition 65 labeling requirements are met for your destination.
