Flat Poly Bags 5 x 20 In 2 mil Clear

These flat poly bags measure 5 inches by 20 inches with a 2 mil thickness and come in a clear finish. The pack contains 1000 bags suited for shipping and mailing operations. They serve businesses that need lightweight, transparent packaging for long, narrow items. The bulk quantity supports high-volume fulfilment workflows.

Upgrade from smaller or thinner mailers

Switching to these bags makes sense when current mailers are too short for 20 inch contents or when 1 mil films tear under load. The 2 mil gauge adds puncture resistance without the weight of heavier poly. The jump is worth it if you ship batches of 1000 units regularly and need consistent seal integrity. Occasional shippers may find the pack size excessive.

Capacity and headroom for long narrow products

Each bag accommodates items up to 20 inches in length while the 5 inch width suits rolled documents, posters or narrow hardware. The 2 mil material handles moderate weight but will stretch under sharp edges or heavy loads. The 1000 count pack covers extended runs yet storage space must fit the full case. California Proposition 65 warnings apply to this product.
