Flat poly bags for long items

These clear flat poly bags measure 6 inches by 36 inches and come in a 1000-count pack. The 2 mil thickness provides a lightweight barrier for shipping or storage. They suit operations that need high-volume, see-through packaging for narrow, elongated products.

Suited for high-volume mailrooms

Warehouses and fulfilment centres packing posters, rods, tubes or rolled textiles will find the dimensions practical. Buyers who need resealable closures, heavier gauge film or smaller pack quantities should look at something else.

Check product fit and compliance

Verify that your items fit within the 6 by 36 inch envelope before ordering. Note that the product carries a California Proposition 65 warning for chemicals linked to cancer and reproductive harm.

Questions about this item

What heat sealer width do I need to close the 36 inch opening of the PB442 bags?

Use a heat sealer with a sealing bar at least 36 inches wide to close the full opening in one pass.

Can I stack these 2 mil bags on the same pallet as heavier 4 mil poly bags without crushing them?

Yes, the 2 mil thickness handles normal pallet stacking alongside thicker bags when weight is distributed evenly.

How do I verify the PB442 bags arrived with the correct 1000 count?

Count the bundles; each factory bundle is labelled and the total must equal 1000 bags.
