Shipping Supplies for High-Volume Use

These flat poly bags measure 11 by 12 inches with a 2 mil thickness. The clear construction allows quick visual identification of contents. Each pack contains 1000 bags suited for mailroom or fulfilment operations. The product carries California Proposition 65 warnings for cancer and reproductive harm.

Build Quality and Daily Handling

The 2 mil polyethylene provides lightweight protection against dust and moisture during transit. Flat dimensions of 11 x 12 inches fit standard documents and small components without excess material. Clear film lets staff verify items at a glance without opening the bag. The bulk quantity reduces reorder frequency for busy shipping stations.

Practical Limits of Flat Poly Bags

Flat bags lack a gusset so they cannot expand for bulky or irregular objects. The 2 mil gauge is not rated for heavy or sharp-edged items that may puncture the film. No adhesive closure is included so separate tape or heat sealing is required. California Proposition 65 compliance adds a regulatory note for shipments to that state.

Questions about this item

What size items fit inside the 11 x 12 inch flat poly bags?

The bags measure 11 inches wide by 12 inches deep, so flat contents up to those dimensions will fit; allow a little clearance for easy insertion.

How are the 1000 bags packaged for storage and dispensing?

They are supplied as a single pack of 1000 flat poly bags, typically boxed or poly-wrapped by the manufacturer for shelf storage and pull-out use.

Does the Proposition 65 warning apply to every bag in the 1000-count pack?

Yes, the warning covers the product as supplied; each bag in the 1000-count pack is made from the same material that triggers the California Proposition 65 notice.
