Shipping-ready poly bags

Partners Brand PB572Y flat poly bags measure 15 by 18 inches with a 2 mil thickness and come in a yellow 1000-count pack. They suit mailrooms and e-commerce shippers who need a lightweight, opaque envelope for documents, soft goods or small parts. The flat design keeps packing simple and storage compact.

Consistent tear resistance

The 2 mil polyethylene holds its strength across the full 1000-bag run so each unit resists punctures and splits during packing, conveyors and transit. Yellow tint adds quick visual identification without slowing barcode scans. Bulk quantity reduces reorder frequency for high-volume operations.

15 by 18 inch envelope

This specific 15x18 inch format fits A5 pages, poly mailers and many padded envelopes without folding. Shippers needing larger or smaller dimensions should select a different bag size.

Questions about this item

Do the 2 mil yellow poly bags generate any noise or heat when left packed all day?

No, the flat poly bags are passive packaging material and produce no noise or heat during storage or transit.

What additional equipment is needed to seal the 15 x 18 inch bags once they are filled?

You will need a separate heat sealer, impulse sealer, tape or twist ties because the bags have an open top with no built-in closure.

Will the 1000-count pack of yellow bags work with older manual bag sealers that only accept clear film?

Yes, the 2 mil polyethylene material seals the same way as clear film, so existing manual or impulse sealers can close these yellow bags without adjustment.
