Flat Poly Bags 24 x 60 In

Partners Brand PB628 flat poly bags measure 24 by 60 inches and come in a clear 2 mil gauge. Each pack contains 250 bags for high-volume shipping or storage tasks. They suit warehouses, mailrooms and e-commerce operations that need large lightweight sleeves.

Thermals noise and power

These bags have no electrical components so they produce no heat, noise or power draw. The polyethylene material stays flexible at typical warehouse temperatures. No active cooling or power source is ever required.

Build fit and clearance

The 24 by 60 inch dimensions accommodate oversized items such as rolled textiles, long hardware or bundled documents. Flat construction stores compactly on shelves and dispenses easily from packing stations. Buyers who need self-sealing closures or thicker gauge material should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I open and load the 24 x 60 in flat poly bags without tearing the 2 mil film?

Separate the lips by rubbing the top edge between thumb and forefinger, then insert the product and press out excess air before sealing.

What replacement schedule should I plan for the 250-count carton of clear poly bags?

Track daily usage and reorder when the carton reaches the last 25 bags so a new pack arrives before you run out.

At what point does the 2 mil thickness become the limiting factor during sustained packing?

The 2 mil film will split first if a load exceeds its puncture resistance or if sharp edges are not padded before insertion.
