Clear flat poly bags for shipping

Partners Brand PB727 bags are clear flat poly bags measuring 4 x 7 inches with a 3 mil thickness. Each pack contains 1000 bags suited for mailing small parts, documents or lightweight goods. The transparent material lets recipients and handlers see contents without opening the package.

Consistent protection during high-volume packing

The 3 mil polyethylene construction resists tearing when bags are filled rapidly on a busy mailroom line. Seams hold under repeated handling and stacking so shipments stay sealed from pick-up to delivery. Clear film stays readable after passing through automated sorters and conveyor systems.

Replaces thinner single-use mailers

Upgrade from lighter gauge bags that split under sharp edges or heavy inserts. The step up is worth it when breakage rates drive re-work costs or when California Proposition 65 compliance must be documented for regulated shipments. Not for buyers who need padded cushioning or rigid mailers.

Questions about this item

Does the PB727 poly bag generate any noise, heat or power draw when stored all day?

The PB727 is a passive poly bag with no moving parts, so it produces no noise, no heat and draws no power.

What must I already own for these 4 x 7 inch, 3 mil bags to be useful?

You need items to package and a heat sealer, tape or twist ties to close each bag.

Will the 727 model bags work with older impulse sealers I already keep?

Yes, the 3 mil thickness seals cleanly on standard impulse or clamp sealers used for lighter poly films.
