Partners Brand PB785 Flat Poly Bags

These clear polyethylene bags measure 6 by 12 inches with a 3 mil thickness. They arrive in a bulk pack of 1000 pieces for high-volume shipping operations. The flat design suits flat or folded items such as documents, clothing or small parts. Businesses handling daily dispatch will find the quantity practical.

Bulk 1000-count packaging

The large pack reduces reorder frequency for mailrooms and fulfilment centres. Each bag is ready to use without perforation or dispensing features. Users must supply their own heat sealer, tape or twist ties for closure. The count supports continuous workflow without interruption.

3 mil clear polyethylene construction

The material resists tears and punctures during transit while keeping contents visible for inspection. California Proposition 65 warnings indicate the presence of chemicals linked to cancer and reproductive harm. Open tops require manual sealing for every shipment. Flat storage allows easy stacking on shelves or in bins.

Questions about this item

How often will the 3 mil clear poly bags need to be replaced during daily shipping operations?

Each pack contains 1000 flat poly bags measuring 6 by 12 inches, so replacement frequency depends on your daily shipment volume.

What is the first limitation you hit when sealing hundreds of these 6 x 12 inch bags in one shift?

The 3 mil thickness provides standard puncture resistance; the practical limit is how quickly your team can load and seal each bag.

Do the clear poly bags generate any noise, heat or power draw when stored or used continuously?

The bags are passive packaging material with no electrical components, so they produce no noise, heat or power consumption during storage or use.
