Flat poly bags for shipping

Partners Brand PB8140 flat poly bags measure four by eight inches with a six mil thickness. Each clear bag is supplied in a pack of one thousand pieces. The polyethylene construction provides moisture and dust resistance for general packaging tasks.

Suited for high-volume mailrooms

This quantity suits operations that ship large numbers of small items such as hardware, jewellery or electronic components. Buyers who need larger dimensions, heavier gauge material or tamper-evident seals should look at alternative bag styles.

Bulk pack simplifies inventory

The one thousand count reduces reorder frequency and keeps packing stations stocked during peak periods. California Proposition 65 warnings apply because the material contains chemicals identified by the state as potential health hazards.

Questions about this item

What heat-sealing equipment works with 6 mil poly bags?

A standard impulse or constant-heat sealer rated for at least 6 mil film will seal these bags cleanly.

Can I stack these 6 mil bags with thinner 2 mil bags on the same roll holder?

Yes, the core size is identical; just adjust the tension brake so the heavier 6 mil web feeds without slipping.

How do I verify the 1000-count pack is complete after opening?

Count the bundles — each inner bundle is labelled with its quantity, and the totals should add to 1000.
