10 x 12 Inch Flat Poly Bags

Partners Brand PB8803 flat poly bags measure 10 by 12 inches and come in a clear 8 mil thickness. The pack contains 500 bags suitable for shipping and mailing tasks in office or mailroom environments. The polyethylene construction provides a moisture-resistant barrier for contents during transit.

Upgrade From Thinner Mailers

These 8 mil bags replace lighter gauge poly mailers when puncture resistance and tear strength are the priority. The jump is worth it for heavy or sharp-edged items that stress standard 2 to 4 mil alternatives. Each bag ships flat to minimise storage space before use.

Suits High-Volume Shipping Operations

Operations packing 500 or more parcels per order cycle benefit from the bulk quantity and consistent dimensions. Buyers who need resealable closures, printed branding or smaller pack sizes should look at different product lines. The Proposition 65 notice applies to the material composition.

Questions about this item

Will the 10 x 12 inch bag fit on my standard impulse sealer bar?

The bag is 10 inches wide, so it fits any sealer with a jaw length of at least 10 inches; measure your bar before buying.

What is the most common mistake when loading these 8 mil bags into a dispenser?

Operators often pull multiple sheets at once because the 8 mil film sticks together; fan the stack and load one bag at a time.

How often should I expect to reorder the 500-count case for a busy mailroom?

A mailroom shipping 50 packages a day will use the 500-bag case in about ten working days; adjust for your actual volume.
