Partners Brand PBAS540 Anti-Static Poly Bags 12 x 18 2 mil Pink 500 PK

Anti-Static Bags for Component Protection

These pink poly bags measure 12 by 18 inches and come in a pack of 500. They provide a static-dissipative surface for storing or shipping sensitive electronic parts. The 2 mil thickness offers a lightweight barrier against dust and minor abrasion during handling. They suit repair shops, assemblers and anyone mailing circuit boards or drives.

Replacing Loose Wrapping or Generic Bags

Standard zip-lock bags or plain polyethylene sheeting do not control static charge the way this material does. The upgrade is worth it when components leave an ESD-safe bench and enter general shipping channels. Buyers who need shielding rather than dissipation, or who require moisture-barrier properties, should look elsewhere.

Simple Insert-and-Seal Process

Each bag opens wide enough for most motherboards, graphics cards or drive trays to slide in without forcing. The main risk is folding the bag tightly around sharp heatsink edges, which can puncture the thin film. Users should also verify that their heat-sealer or tape works cleanly on the pink anti-static coating before sealing large batches.
