Product Identity

Partners Brand PBG133 gusseted polypropylene bags measure 8 x 3 x 15 inches with a 1.5 mil wall thickness. The clear construction lets staff verify contents at a glance. Each carton contains 1000 bags for high-volume shipping or storage operations.

Bundle Impact

The 1000-count pack eliminates frequent reordering and keeps packing stations supplied through peak periods. Gusseted sides expand to accommodate bulky or irregular items that flat bags cannot hold. Clear polypro material resists tearing while remaining lightweight for postage savings.

Fit and Alternatives

Warehouses and mailrooms dispatching large batches of soft goods, literature or light hardware will benefit from the volume and expandable width. Operations needing moisture-barrier films, tamper-evident closures or smaller pack quantities should evaluate other packaging lines.

Questions about this item

How many bags come in each case so I know when to reorder?

Each case contains 1000 bags, so you reorder when that quantity runs low.

What is the film thickness that determines how much weight the bag can hold before tearing?

The bags are 1.5 mil thick, which sets the practical load limit for everyday packing.

Will the 1.5 mil polypropylene generate noticeable heat or noise when sealed continuously all day?

The material itself produces no heat or noise; only your sealing equipment contributes sound or warmth during constant use.
