Partners Brand PBR109 Resealable Bags

These clear polypropylene bags measure 4-1/8 by 9-1/2 inches and come in a 1000-count pack. The 1.5 mil thickness provides a lightweight barrier for mailing or organising small items. A resealable closure allows repeated opening and closing without tape. They suit offices, warehouses or home shippers needing bulk, see-through packaging.

Thin film keeps contents visible and protected

The 1.5 mil polypro material resists dust and moisture during normal handling. It adds negligible weight to parcels, helping control postage costs. The material stays flexible in typical indoor temperatures. No special storage conditions are required for daily use.

Resealable lip simplifies repeat access

The press-seal closure lets users open and reseal bags many times without extra supplies. Clear walls make contents identifiable at a glance on shelves or in bins. The 1000-unit quantity supports high-volume packing stations. Buyers who need heat-sealed security or heavier-gauge film will want a different specification.

Questions about this item

How do I seal the 1.5 mil resealable opening on these 4-1/8" x 9-1/2" polypro bags?

Press the two interlocking tracks together firmly from one end to the other until you hear a click; the most common mistake is leaving a small gap at the corner that lets air or moisture in.

When will the 1.5 mil polypropylene material on these 1000-count bags need replacement?

Replace individual bags once the resealable track no longer clicks shut, the film shows stress-whitening along the bottom seal, or the clarity yellows enough to hide barcode labels.

What is the first limit that appears when these 1.5 mil bags are used continuously for heavy items?

The bottom heat seal reaches its load limit first; once the seam stretches or splits under sustained weight the bag can no longer hold contents securely.
