Resealable Polypro Bags for Shipping

These clear polypro bags measure 5 by 12 inches and come in a 1000-count pack. They suit businesses that mail flat items such as documents, apparel or small parts. The resealable closure lets staff open and reseal packages during packing or inspection.

Lightweight 1.5 mil Material

At 1.5 mil thickness the film adds minimal weight to shipments while resisting tears during handling. The clear construction keeps contents visible for quick identification without opening the bag. No power, cooling or noise considerations apply to this passive supply.

1000-Count Pack Quantity

A single box delivers exactly 1000 bags, which determines how long the supply lasts before reordering. Operations that ship fewer than 1000 units per cycle may find the pack excessive. Buyers needing a smaller quantity should look for a different pack size.

Questions about this item

How do I seal the 1.5 mil resealable polypro bags after filling them?

Press the two interlocking tracks together firmly from one end to the other, running a finger along the full 12 inch length to avoid gaps that let air or moisture in.

Will the adhesive strip on these 1000-count bags lose tack over time?

The bags use a mechanical zipper closure rather than adhesive, so there is no sticky layer to degrade; the seal remains repeatable for the life of the bag.

At what load does the 1.5 mil polypropylene start to stretch or tear under sustained weight?

The 1.5 mil material is rated for light contents; exceeding a few pounds of dense product will cause the side seams or zipper track to yield first.
