Clear top sheeting for pallet protection

Each sheet measures 48 by 48 inches and is made from 1.5 mil polyethylene. The clear film lets you see load labels and barcodes without removing the cover. It is sold as a pack of 500 sheets for high-volume operations.

Fifty pallets per roll

One pack wraps roughly fifty standard pallets when a single sheet is used per layer. The 1.5 mil thickness resists punctures from sharp corners but will stretch and tear under sustained heavy tension or sharp forklift tines.

Fits standard pallet dimensions

Sheets are pre-cut to 48 by 48 inches so they lay flat on standard pallets without trimming. The flat-pack format eliminates the need for a roll dispenser and reduces the warehouse space required for packaging supplies.

Questions about this item

Will the 48" x 48" sheeting cover the same pallet footprint as my existing 48" stretch wrap?

Yes, each sheet measures 48 inches by 48 inches, matching the standard pallet dimensions used with 48" stretch wrap.

How can I confirm the 1.5 mil thickness is performing correctly after I start using the roll?

Check that the clear film tears cleanly without excessive stretching and that stacked loads show no puncture holes after transit.

Does the PK500 pack include a dispenser or do I need to buy one separately?

The package contains 500 individual top sheets only; a dispenser or cutter is not included and must be purchased separately.
