Product Overview

Partners Brand PS4825 Polyester Strapping comes as a 2-pack of smooth, 16-inch wide coils on 3-inch cores. Each coil delivers 2200 feet of strap, giving ample length for high-volume bundling and palletising tasks. The material is designed for shipping and packing supply use.

Who It Suits

This strapping suits operations that need a wide, smooth polyester strap for securing large loads or bundles. It is not for buyers who need a narrower width, a different core size, or a smaller total footage per pack. Users requiring steel strapping or a different material should look elsewhere.

Key Specification

The single specification that decides fit is the 5/8-inch strap width combined with 2200 feet per coil in a 2-pack configuration. This width and length determine whether the strapping matches the tensioning tool and load requirements.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the strapping is feeding correctly after I thread it onto the 16" core?

The roll should unwind smoothly without snagging; the smooth polyester surface and 5/8" width allow consistent tension during application.

What exactly is included in the package and what tools are needed separately?

The pack contains two polyester strapping rolls, each 2200 ft on a 3" core; a tensioner, sealer and seals are sold separately.

Which version should I choose if I need the 5/8" width on a 16" core?

The PS4825 model provides exactly that specification in a two-roll pack.
