Product identity

Partners Brand PT0215 is a clear poly tubing roll measuring 2 inches wide by 2900 feet long with a 1.5 mil thickness. It suits mailrooms and shipping departments that need continuous bagging material for varied item lengths.

Practical limits

The 1.5 mil wall provides lightweight protection suitable for low-weight, non-sharp contents. Heavy or abrasive products may puncture the film, and the 2-inch lay-flat width restricts the maximum object diameter that can be inserted.

Setup checks

Verify that your heat sealer or impulse sealer accommodates a 2-inch tube width and can seal 1.5 mil polyethylene. Confirm bench space for a 2900-foot roll and that your workflow can handle the clear film for visual inspection.

Questions about this item

Which width and length should I choose for my packaging needs?

The tubing is 2 inches wide and comes on a 2900 ft roll, so one roll covers long continuous runs without frequent changeovers.

What does the 1.5 mil thickness mean for everyday packing?

At 1.5 mil the film is light enough for manual sealing yet strong enough to hold small parts, hardware or literature without tearing.

How does the clear poly material perform on impulse sealers?

The clear polyethylene feeds smoothly through standard impulse or heat sealers and produces a transparent seal so contents stay visible.
