Partners Brand PT02512 Poly Tubing 2.5" x 2150 ft 2 mil Clear

Purpose-built packaging supply

This continuous poly tubing ships as a single 2150 ft roll with a 2.5 in lay-flat width and a 2 mil wall. Operations that bag irregular or long items cut exact lengths on demand, sealing each end to create custom bags without keeping multiple SKUs in stock.

Capacity and practical limits

The 2150 ft roll yields hundreds of bags per carton, keeping high-volume lines running between changeovers. The 2 mil gauge handles light to medium-weight contents but will puncture under sharp edges or heavy loads, so it is not suited for industrial parts or dense hardware without additional reinforcement.

Upgrade context and trade-offs

Teams moving up from pre-made bag assortments gain flexibility and reduce waste, while those switching from heavier 4 mil film save material cost on non-abrasive goods. Buyers who need printed branding, static control or food-grade compliance must source a different specification.
