Partners Brand PT0315 Poly Tubing 3 In 2900 ft 1.5 Mil Clear

3-Inch Poly Tubing for Custom Bag Lengths

This 3-inch wide poly tubing lets operations cut bags to the exact length each shipment requires. The clear 1.5 mil film suits general-purpose packing where visibility of contents is helpful. Shippers handling varied product sizes gain flexibility without stocking multiple pre-made bag sizes.

Verify Dispenser Width and Heat Sealer Capacity

Confirm that your bag dispenser or racking accepts a 3-inch flat tube before ordering. The 1.5 mil thickness needs a heat sealer capable of fusing that gauge cleanly. Ensure adequate floor or bench space for the 2900-foot roll diameter and weight during dispensing.

Continuous Roll Reduces Changeovers

A single 2900-foot roll minimizes reload frequency on high-volume lines. Clear film allows quick visual checks of seal integrity and content identification. The continuous format eliminates pre-made bag inventory and supports cut-to-length workflows for irregular items.
