Partners Brand PT0604 Poly Tubing 6 in x 1075 ft 4 mil Clear

Product identity

Partners Brand PT0604 is a clear poly tubing roll supplied new for packaging operations that need continuous lengths cut to order. It suits mailrooms, fulfilment centres and light-industrial packing stations.

Build and daily handling

The 4 mil wall thickness gives a balance of puncture resistance and flexibility for manual or automated sealing equipment. A 6 inch lay-flat width feeds through standard heat sealers and impulse welders without jamming. The 1075 foot roll length reduces change-over frequency during high-volume shifts.

Practical limits of the format

Poly tubing relies on heat sealing for closure, so users without a sealer cannot close bags securely. The single 6 inch width cannot accommodate items wider than the lay-flat dimension. Clear material offers no UV barrier for light-sensitive contents.
