Partners Brand PT0606B poly tubing

This product is a continuous roll of black polyethylene tubing designed for custom-length packaging. It serves shipping departments, mailrooms, and warehouses that need to bag items of varying dimensions on demand. The flat tubing can be cut and sealed to create bags tailored to each shipment.

725-foot length and 6-mil thickness

The extended 725-foot roll reduces the frequency of roll changes during high-volume packing sessions. A 6-mil wall provides puncture resistance for heavier or sharp-edged contents while remaining flexible enough for heat sealing. The black colouring obscures package contents for added privacy during transit.

Suited for operations needing variable bag sizes

This tubing suits teams that pack irregular products and want to minimise waste from pre-sized bags. It is not intended for applications requiring food-grade certification, static shielding, or pre-printed branding. Buyers needing metre-marked film or dispenser-ready boxes should evaluate alternative formats.

Questions about this item

How often will the 606 poly tubing roll need to be replaced?

The 725 ft length determines replacement frequency based on your packaging volume; each roll provides 725 linear feet of 6 mil black tubing for continuous bagging.

What limit appears first when sealing bags continuously from the 606 roll?

The 725 ft roll length is the hard stop; once the tubing is consumed you must load a new roll to keep sealing.

Does the 606 tubing generate heat or noise during all-day sealing?

The tubing itself is passive polyethylene; it produces no heat or noise, so any sound or warmth comes only from your sealing equipment.
