Poly Tubing for Custom Bagging

Partners Brand PT0703 Poly Tubing is a continuous roll of clear polyethylene film designed for creating custom-length bags on demand. It suits shipping departments, warehouses and mailrooms that pack items of varying sizes and want to cut bag length to fit each shipment.

Replaces Pre-Sized Bag Stock

Instead of keeping multiple boxed sizes of flat poly bags, one roll covers every length requirement and reduces inventory SKUs. The switch is worthwhile when order profiles change frequently or when oversized items would otherwise need costly custom bags.

Install on Standard Heat Sealers

The tubing feeds through most impulse or constant-heat bag sealers without modification. Common issues include misaligned seals if the roll tension is uneven and occasional static cling that makes the film stick to itself during cutting.
