Partners Brand PT0715 Poly Tubing

Partners Brand PT0715 is a continuous clear poly tubing roll designed for packaging operations that need custom-length bags. The 7 inch lay-flat width suits items such as hardware, textiles or rolled documents. Supplied on a 2900 foot roll, it lets users cut and seal each bag to the exact length required. This product is not for buyers who need pre-made pouches with fixed dimensions.

Before ordering

Verify that your heat sealer or impulse sealer can accommodate a 7 inch wide seal and handle 1.5 mil film thickness. Confirm the roll diameter fits your dispenser or mounting hardware. Ensure the clear material meets any content-identification or barcode-scanning requirements in your workflow. This tubing is not for operations that require printed branding or vented film.

Sustained use

The 1.5 mil gauge resists punctures and tears during repeated cutting, filling and sealing cycles. The 2900 foot length reduces roll-change frequency on high-volume packing lines. Clear construction allows visual inspection of contents without opening each bag. This tubing is not for applications that demand heavy-duty abuse resistance beyond the stated thickness.

Questions about this item

Does the PT0715 poly tubing roll include a dispenser or cutter, or must I buy one separately?

The roll is supplied as tubing only; a dispenser or cutter is not included and must be purchased separately if required.

How do I decide between the 7-inch width and other widths for my packaging line?

Choose the 7-inch width when your products fit within that flat dimension; wider items need a larger roll, narrower items can use a smaller width to reduce waste.
