Partners Brand PT1204 Poly Tubing 12 in x 1075 ft 4 mil Clear

What this poly tubing delivers

Partners Brand PT1204 supplies 12-inch wide clear poly tubing on a 1075-foot roll at 4 mil thickness. The continuous length lets you cut custom bag sizes for irregular or oversized items. Clear material keeps contents visible for quick identification during packing or storage.

Who benefits and who does not

Operations that pack variable-length products gain flexibility because each bag is cut to fit. Buyers who need pre-made bags in fixed dimensions or require printed branding on the film should look at alternative packaging formats. The roll format also demands a heat sealer or impulse sealer to close each bag.

How the roll format changes workflow

A single 1075-foot roll replaces multiple cartons of assorted bag sizes, reducing shelf space and reorder frequency. Cutting to length on demand eliminates waste from bags that are too large for small parts. The clear film works with standard impulse or constant-heat sealers, so no specialised equipment is required beyond what most mailrooms already own.
