Partners Brand PT1402 Poly Tubing 14 in x 2150 ft 2 mil Clear

Partners Brand PT1402 Poly Tubing Specifications

Partners Brand PT1402 is a clear polyethylene tube measuring 14 inches wide and 2150 feet long with a 2 mil thickness. It serves operations that need continuous lengths for custom bagging, bundling or protective wrapping. The roll format supports high-volume packing lines where pre-made bags are inefficient.

Sustained use on packing lines

During continuous runs the material feeds steadily from the roll without splice interruptions. The 2 mil gauge resists punctures from typical industrial items while remaining light enough for rapid hand or machine sealing. Heat-seal equipment maintains consistent welds across the full 2150 foot length without frequent roll changes.

Limits of flat polyethylene tubing

Flat tubing cannot accommodate objects wider than 14 inches or those requiring gusseted expansion. The 2 mil wall is unsuitable for sharp-edged heavy parts that demand thicker film. Users needing printed branding, UV resistance or static-dissipative properties must source a different specification.
